With 60 sqm of space, it features a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, one double bedroom, and a bathroom, ideal for 3 guests. You will also have a private balcony. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, heating, and a washing machine. A crib is available. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine compatible with capsules. A 5-minute drive away, by arrangement with the owner, guests can enjoy an extra service: use of a barbecue, pool, garden, and outdoor shower. Further details are available in the apartment. The apartment is in a condominium in a quiet, central hillside area. We recommend a car, as public transport does not reach the area. The location is convenient for visiting Como, Lugano, and Milan. Free street parking and a shared parking space on site are available. Airport or station shuttle can be arranged on request for an extra fee. One pet is allowed. No smoking or parties. Please avoid noise after 10 p.m. Doors are wide and easily accessible. Cleaning service is available on request for an extra fee.

The property offers storage for motorcycles, bicycles, and skis, which cannot be brought inside the apartment. Up to 2 pets are allowed, and there is an area for them to run.
